You've found the home of Natal Star Necklaces!
I'm Keeley, I hail from Mt. Hood/Hood River, Oregon, in the Columbia River Gorge, a land of rivers, waterfalls and snowy volcanoes. After six and a half years living in rapidly growing Portland, I moved back to the Hood River Valley. I feel more alive than ever in the woods and gardens where I grew up. I love cooking healthy meals for my family, rock climbing with my brother and friends, skiing and hiking around the Pacific Northwest, reading dozens of books all at once, playing boardgames all night, road tripping to National Parks and historic sites, attending environmental conferences, discussing the issues of the day around the campfire or in the sauna, the list goes on. I'm a journalism graduate of the University of Oregon and though I'm still a major word and grammar nut, I've always been an artist at heart. I feel best while creating lasting, beautiful works, be they detailed oil portraits, or one-of-a-kind, personalized beaded jewelry based on your astrological birth chart.
My mom started studying astrology quite a while ago after a professional reading of me at age three proved uncannily accurate. She's been infusing me with astrological insights since I was a child, and wisely counseling me as a young adult through lessons of life and love. We birthed the astrology necklace idea when I was a teenager and even taught a community education class together. I am reinvigorating this passion with my Natal Star Necklaces. I have grown my line now to include not only three necklace styles, but also three earring styles, two prayer bead styles, three rainbow maker prisms, as well as a hatlet, an anklet, a bracelet, an eyewear lanyard, a key fob, a zipper pull, a holiday ornament and three wine glass charm sets. All pieces are made to order and no two will ever be alike, just as no two people are ever the same. And we work together on all of your style preferences.
I support art! I'm working to support myself as an artist, if you are too, let's talk. If you're an artist or craftsperson, message me about a trade of fine works. Or if you have beads you don't plan on using, ask me about a partial trade.
